Lars Färber has a technical background and studied for an MBA in management at the University of Applied Sciences Graubünden. He has held various management positions in the supply chain area in international companies. In his last position, he mastered electronics procurement through the semiconductor crisis. He passed on his many years of management experience to students as a lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences Graubünden for four years. In March 2023, he took over as Head of Supply Chain for Production, Logistics and Purchasing at dhp technology. Since February 2024, he has also managed the Construction & Service division. Lars Färber has been a successful top-class sportsman for over 20 years. He lives with his family in his home canton of Graubünden.

Reto Simmen studied business administration at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and has over 30 years of professional experience in the financial sector. In the early years of his career, he held various positions in retail banking and management consulting. He then worked as a founding partner of an investment bank as a financial analyst. After further training in finance and accounting, he moved to Edisun Power Europe, a listed Swiss solar power producer, where he spent seven years as CFO.

After a stint as CFO of a tourism company, he joined dhp as Head of Finance at the beginning of 2024. Reto Simmen grew up in Bad Ragaz and now lives there again with his family.

Gian Andri Diem has been active in the energy sector for nearly 20 years. After completing his degree in Business Administration at the University of St. Gallen, he began his career in energy trading. He has held various positions at energy supply companies and was responsible for projects in trading, sales, grid and production, both domestically and internationally. His focus has been on the development of new products and services, the creation of new business models and the advancement of innovation.

Since 2012, he has been active as an entrepreneur and co-founded dhp technology AG in 2015, which he has led as Managing Partner ever since. He also serves as a member of the board of directors of an energy supply company.

Born in Zurich, he has roots in Graubünden, where he lived for many years. Today, he lives with his family in Central Switzerland.

Andreas Ernst has more than 20 years of experience as a CFO in international business environments. In this role, he has worked for corporate divisions, start-ups, established companies and corporate groups. His professional career has taken him across various industries, including aviation, logistics and transport, as well as real estate and construction.

He brings broad expertise in finance, legal and strategy, and has supported numerous projects related to mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring and organisational development. In addition to his operational role, he serves as a board member and financial expert in funding programmes for growth companies. Since 2022, he has been a member of the board of directors of dhp Technology AG.

Eric Hunziker is an experienced entrepreneur with many years of service as CEO, owner and member of the board of directors. During his professional career, he led Maltech AG for many years and developed the company into a leading provider with a nationwide network in Switzerland.

His core competencies lie in corporate management, strategy, finance and digitalisation, which he actively contributes to the development of companies.

Hanspeter Thür has extensive experience in the financial industry with a focus on risk and compliance. Throughout his professional career, he has dealt intensively with corporate governance, regulatory requirements and risk management.

In addition to his operational activities, he serves on various boards of directors in the fields of finance, education and corporate health management. His particular interest lies in strategic issues related to corporate development, succession planning and responsible corporate governance.
